The $1 M school renovation included upgrading science labs, improving ADA accessibility, replacing all windows and floor coverings, installing new partition walls and a suspended ceiling system with lighting, installing new interior/exterior doors and hardware, and fully upgrading all bathrooms. BREE provided cost estimating during the schematic, design development, and construction documents phase of design.
